Sunday July 4, Policeman,s Funeral
Yesterday I watched the funeral of 2 policeman that were killed in Tampa, FL I was moved by the clear Gospel message presented by the pastor of Idlewild Baptist Church. There is an enemy behind us, there is evil before us and an eternity beyond us. This church has a powerful,credible testimony in this community.

humiliated by the truth
What I did to you shame me into silence. It is you who has made me realize the bad things I do to my life. The thought of you fills me with longing and at the same time, a burning humiliation that produces deep wound and soreness. Your truthfullness mocks me and I am unable to confront this. None of this is your fault. It is completely with me. It is you who makes me see what I really am. I am weak and out of touch with myself.†I've learned that no matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow. I've learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles these three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights. I've learned that regardless of your relationship with your parents, you'll miss them when they're gone from your life. I've learned that making a living is not the same thing as making a life. I've learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance. I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands; you need to be able to throw some things back. I've learned that whenever I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision. I've learned that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one. I've learned that every day you should reach out and touch someone. People love a warm hug, or just a friendly pat on the back. I've learned that I still have a lot to learn. I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.â€

Hey sweetheart! We have moved to Charleston from Savannah so that I can begin my journey of becoming a PA. Through GOD's grace I will be able to defer until May 2011. This is not how I thought everything would work out but I thank GOD that this is how HE worked it out. Now we will be able to correct our financial & credit mistakes, become debt free and save. GOD has taught us so many things during this time. Here are a few things that I want you to remember. Never ever get into debt...even a little bit. Several reasons: GOD will give you everything you need. So if you don't have what you want, save for it and get it later. Never turn a temporary desire into a long term problem. GOD says that "no one can serve two masters" and that "the borrower is slave to the lender." So if you make a lender your master, where is GOD's place? Always remember that your power in GOD is LOVE. Always show LOVE. It is the power of GOD. It is not the source if the power. It is the power because GOD is LOVE. Remember we take hold of the kingdom that GOD has given to us on earth by force. Force is intense consistence in whatever GOD has told you to do. Live by GOD's Word and grab HIS promises for you. GOD has given you dominion over this world, but through deception satan tricked adam & eve to give it to HIM. Thanks be to CHRIST WHO got it all back for us on the Cross. There are still those however who enhance satans power by living under his dominion. So The only way for you to get what GOD has for you is to take it by force(intense consistence) with the power of LOVE. I LOVE you baby. An you are victorious and more than a conqueror through HIS BLOOD.

Bride-le my Tongue
I wanna be married.......Sometimes.� Other times I revel�in my�solo status. I feel like I am at an advantage to those who are locked in for life, Forever due us part, at least according to old school standards. My parents have been married for 48 yrs. Out of their 4 children (3boys and 1 girl), I am the only�one (the tom boyish girl)�who has never walked down the aisle. And that TOTALLY SUCKS!
I just terminated a almost 4 yr relationship.�And AGAIN, I thought he was THE ONE.
I thought I was going to skip to my lou and confess my love for this man in front of all my (relieved) family and friends. I imagined hearing a unanimous sigh of relief when the preacher pronounced us as man and wife.........But it was not to be.
I'm hurt and angry. Frankly on the verge of bitterness! I think about all the time I invested in this relationship.� I'm confident at some point, self reflection in relationship mode will be on his to-do list as well.� I refuse to believe that memories we created together will be dismissed as just fleeting thoughts
In the meantime, this single mother is�seeking a duet partner to sing karaoke (with no long term commitment)!!

Magnificent Desolation
Magnificent Desolation - Buzz Aldrin
I read this, as ever since I was a kid I've been intrigued by space. It truly is man's final frontier to explore and master.
In this book, Buzz Aldrin touches on nearly every point in his life from childhood to present day goings on. One issue he describes is the difficulty he had re-adjusting to life after returning from the moon. He was still a fairly young guy that had already accomplished all of his goals... how can one top going to the moon? The first 1/3 of this book was fantastic, but the last 2/3 seemed to turn into him rambling about various things and continuing to pat himself on the back for everything he's out there doing now.
