Slept a bit later than usual but still got the workout and breakfast in before heading to work.
Strength training day is still the tougher of the two days for me as I'm continuing to find myself weak in the pushup department.� I'm unable to do all of them and in some cases even when wimping out to the "girly" pushups.� Am figuring the strength will return in time.� If I'm still struggling after another two weeks I'll be sure to work on pushups in the evening as well to build up my strength.
Made the mistake a couple days back on getting on the scale and found myself back at 214 again.� I'm thinking at this point the scale is more a discouragement and a distraction than a gauge of success.� I'm eating what I should, feeling firmer though neither the scale or the mirror are as yet my friends in this department.� Persistence is the only thing that will help me to win out in the end.

Second consecutive day of no biking due to rain.
The sweat and abs routine this morning.� Continuing to see my weaknesses.� Simple repetitive motions like raising hands up above head and down again quickly wear me down.� Seeing how weak I am in some respects I'm glad I didn't put off starting this program any longer than I did.
Strength excercises in the a.m.� Still finding myself quite deficient on pushups.� May need to do extra in the evening to do more to build up my strength.
Enjoying a day off of exercise.� Been on the move all day so my eating has not exactly been consistent.� Going to review the Michael Thurmond materials to get some ideas on how to enhance the diet aspect of things.
up late had breakfast around 10 and snacked at Costco on free samples.� Toughest day to normalize schedule are weekends.� Finally got around to my exercise about 3:30.� Just out of shower and haven't had any other food so far and only liquid has been two cups of coffee.� Going to go eat a few egg whites and some celery before heading out with the wife.
Got on scale after shower and weight is down to 212.2
The usual with regard to both food and exercise with the exception of an additional 3 miles at lunch time.
The usual morning routine with regard to food and exercise.� Finding some very mild soreness resulting from the first two days of training but nothing sufficient to hinder me or to cause injury.� Can't say any visible changes would be occuring as yet but I am noticing my energy level and mental alertness are improved.� Am also being sure to take vitamin supplements in the morning.
Up early and did the tone workout and had a breakfast of egg whites and a cup of mixed vegetables.
Found some strengths/weakenesses in myself in the workout.� Very weak on the pushups and it will take a while to rebuild that strength.� The leg portion of the workout was strenuous but the biking has definitely helped.
Haven't as yet done the pictures and measurements but hope to get to that today.� The area where I hope to see the greatest difference over time is the meat curtain which is my stomach and the pathetic absence of muscle tone in my chest.
