TIME TO GET BIG TODAY.I WAS WEIGHING 180 OVER THE BREAK BUT ALSO CAME DOWN WITH THE STOMACH FLUE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.AFTER HAVING THAT I DROPPED BACK DOWN TO 170.I WAS SO MAD.10 POUNDS OF MUSCLE DOWN THE DRAIN.NOW THAT WERE BACK IN SCHOOL I CAN USE THE SCHEDULE IT HAS TO KEEP MY EATING DIET GOOD AND BIG.I PLAN ON WEIGHING OVER 180 BY THE TIME FEBRUARY COMES.SO BY THE TIME APRIL COMES ILL HOPEFULLY BE CLOSE OR A LIL OVER 190 AND START CUTTING WEIGHT FOR MY COMPETITION IN JUNE.I HOPE I WIN.I WILL BE BIG THOUGH UNTILL THEN.EAT BIG,SLEEP BIG,THINK BIG,AND FINALY GET BIG.IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE THAT IS LOOKING TO GET BIG HIT ME UP.I WAS 150 IN SEPTEMBER NOW IM AROUND 180 OR CLOSE TO IT AGAIN.SO I KNOW A THING OR TWO ABOUT GETTING BIG AND PACKING ON THE WEIGHT.BOTH MUSCLE AND SOME FAT.SO JUST LET ME KNOW AND ILL WRITE UP SOME DIETS.
