Anti-Nick Burns!
Okay who's seen the SNL skit Nick Burns: Your Company's Computer Guy? Jimmy Fallon is in it. He's the IT guy that comes and makes fun of everyone in the office for needing help with their computers. SO much truth to that in my experience. The arrogant IT help guys who think you're sooooo dumb for not understanding everything they do. Well this is the exact oppostie case with OAC Technology.You never have to explain the history of what the IT guy did last time someone was there because OAC always sends out the same person! It's sooo nice to have one person who knows your IT history coming out and fixing problems rather than trying to have someone like me (who knows nothing of IT) try and explain it.
