What exactly does a ghostwriter do?

I started writing a fantasy novel a while ago, but my characters feel so… flat. They have amazing
backstories, but their development arcs hit a wall halfway through. Can ghostwriter services fix this? I’m
scared that handing it over might mean losing the heart of my story. I don’t want my characters to feel
“manufactured.” But honestly, I’ve tried everything to add depth and bring them to life, and it’s just not
working. How does a�ghostwriter near me�even approach something like this? Do they collaborate with you, or
do they take full creative control? If you’ve ever worked with a ghostwriter for fiction, let me know what
to expect. I’m desperate to give my characters the justice they deserve!
