The quality of education
The quality of education and the level of students’ learning should also be examined by the educational administrative department in terms of the arrangements and regulations concerning morality, intelligence, body, beauty, and labor. The arrangement of educational content is responsible to the country and to students. Through the student's examination of the mastery of educational content, the government can inspect the teaching quality and professional competence of the teacher and promote it to improve the level of education; inspect students’ learning results and promote their upward progress; also check the quality of the school’s education and promote its improvement.
