Slept in.� Chores and other things to do so as usual weekend eating will not be consistent time wise.� Will probably not get to the exercise until sometime in the afternoon.� As weight loss is still very minimal since the start of this I need to reread the Michael Thurmond diet as well as look to the stage 1 eating for the South Beach diet for the next couple weeks in hopes that will allow me to shed at least a few pounds before my 30 day picture next Sunday.
Ended up getting so busy that I never did get around to doing my exercise today.� As I've had some aching in my shoulders due to the program using them daily I figure the extra day of rest could not hurt.
