Reasons for Failure of Top 10 High Schools

Enough high school preparation. Many American students who need to attend mathematics and English language classes have not learned how to learn effectively in the first year of college. In addition, despite efforts to close the digital divide between income levels in the United States, some of the new college students have sufficient capacity and digital technology experience.

Misunderstanding of the amount of work required in college courses. For example, in my foreign language class at high school, I compared textbooks and courses with local universities and discovered a one-year high school language class on a university. Therefore, the three college courses in the first quarter may be equal to three years and the high school will be compressed to 10 weeks. A semester system allows more time. Read more
