Cant sleep

This seems to be a ongoing issue. I don't sleep much and night time is when my brain is most active. Like now I'm writing a new journal entry at this time of night (01:23am GMT) ive just finished reading handle with care by Jodi picoult on my kindle. Now to find something else to read or maybe a film to watch. I think I'll go with the book as it won't wake up my sister lol. Anyway that's all for this post there maybe another one tonight if I can't sleep.ï¿½
