That is how I am learning to be a leader. I am trying to encourage people below me along with my staff. You still have to divide up the labor so that people can have a clear direction for their passion.

i agree. That is how I am doing well in residency. They are asking alot of me, so am delivering the goods. We'll see how long I can keep this up.

Fairness. It depends on who it is. I expect love, respect, and fairness from my wife. We are ague because we may not meet each others expectations. Now we are trying to change our expectations to make them more realistic.

I agree. One has to create the type of person he/she wants to be. We all are born with propensities for certain behaviors, and are also indfluenced by our experiences. However, there is still room to fix our imperfections that can hinder us in our professional and personal lives.

Hell no. As long as I have the acceptance of my God then I do not ned others to accept me. The ones that come close are my wife, duaghter, and sister. The problem sometimes is that I do not accept myself due to my shortcomings. My career performance, marriage, and problem. I spoke a friend of mine. And she agreed to seance. We'll see if that works.

Defined by the some actions/words. Some people do not know how to define their love for the other. Which is why my wife and I are going through counseling. i knwo that I love her, but I have so much baggage and problems. It is hard to really show that love.
