Here are some positive writing techniques to make your work easy to understand and coherent.

Using active voice will have more influence on your writing. This is an important positive writing skill.
Changing passive sentences is an initiative to reduce the number of words and strengthen the tone of the work.
Remember, less is more. Overly complex sentences, especially passive ones, slow readers. Short, active sentences keep flowing.
Business writing, such as memos, letters, resumes, etc., requires active voice. Clear number one goal business writing.
