Co-Worker Issues

God... I never thought i would face these issues. My partner in 501 is extremely clever, fast, and... proud. The last characteristic is really driving me mad and there were several times during our work together that I had to consciously stop me from screaming at him and storming out. I gotto talk to him about this before I stick the BIG head of his into the oven.
